SCAA Registration Policies
Registration Requirements
Incomplete forms WILL NOT be processed and will be returned to the member/family which will delay registration and may result in increased fees.
- Fees for children ages 10-18 will be $95 and $85 for each additional family member living in the same household thereafter. For children ages 7-9, fees will be $65 and $55 for each additional family member living in the same household thereafter.
- A copy of the birth certificate is required for all new members and 5th graders.
- Returning members who want to save their spots on their teams need to register by August 31, 2008
- Registration can only be completed online, with the exception of the one in-person registration held previously at Jefferson Community Center.
- Youth Parks and Recreation forms must be filled out completely, signed and mail to:
